We accept all credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. If paying by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque and post to Clarissa Hulse, 132 Cavell Street, London E1 2JA. Cheques will require 5 working days for clearance before the goods are despatched. Please make cheques payable to Clarissa Hulse Ltd.
Delivery:
UK: We aim to deliver your goods within 10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to availability) although generally it is much faster. Wallpaper is usually despatched within 3 working days of your order. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date - we will always aim to deliver within 28 days of your order. A delivery service charge of £7.50 applies to all UK orders up to £50, £10 for orders from £51 to £199. For all UK orders from £200 postage and packaging is FREE.
Overseas: We accept orders for delivery to any global destination with delivery charges quoted upon receipt of your order.
Saleshop: As all stocks are limited, we regret that items can sell out over an evening or weekend as our website is not automatically linked to the stock levels. In the event that an item you have ordered has sold out, we will suggest an alternative and you will not be charged until your order has been finalised.
Stock Availability:
If out of stock, fabric by the metre and lampshades can take approximately 6 weeks for delivery. For all other items, we aim to have permanent availability although we cannot guarantee this.
Returns and exchanges:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, just return it to our warehouse in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you with a full refund for the price of the item. To make a return, write on the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. We will also refund the delivery if the return is as a result of our error.
Warehouse address: Unit G6 Atlas Business Centre, Oxgate Lane, Staples Corner, London NW2 7HJ. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in return transit if you do not use a secure method of posting. Excess rolls of wallpaper may be returned provided they are unopened and returned within 7 days of receipt.
Trade Descriptions Act:
All dimensions are approximate and every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately. As most of the items are natural materials, hand printed and/or handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured.

Prices:
All prices are correct at time of going to press. They include VAT at the standard rate. We reserve the right to alter our prices should the VAT rate be changed.
